Axis Energy Services Ltd is committed to maintaining a safe, healthy work environment for our clients, employees, and contractors. We hold a Certificate of Recognition (CoR) with our certifying partner Enform. We are also at 100% with ISNetworld and Comply works. Our program supports Best Practice when on our clients’ work sites to achieve excellence in our safe work practices every day.

Axis ensures all employees and consultants are IRP 16 compliant and new employees are subject to vigorous training programs including: mandatory requirements of H2S, Standard First Aid, Fall Protection, Confined Space and PST training, hands on driver’s training, two weeks in our Technical Center, three months review, a 6 month mentor/probation period, and annual reviews.

Our policies and procedures ensure hazards are properly identified and controlled, that regular inspections are conducted at work sites and that incidents are properly reported and investigated. We use regular reviews and audits to improve our HSE policies and procedures to ensure we are doing everything we can to prevent injuries and maintain a healthy work environment.

We are in good standing with WCB in the provinces of Alberta, BC, and Saskatchewan with decreasing premiums as a result of our safety performance.
